Michael M. Soloway joined Alphatec Spine in January 2007 as Vice President, Medical Education. Previous to joining Alphatec, he was Director of Sales Training at IsoTis OrthoBiologics for two years and Medical Education Director at Interpore Cross International for 11 years, where he developed a highly respected sales training program. He has conducted educational sessions domestically and internationally for over 1,000 sales representatives and has coordinated innovative national and international sales meetings. Mr. Soloway's orthopaedic career began in 1981 as a sales representative for Osteonics and Ace Medical. During the 1970's, Mr. Soloway worked in the Santa Monica Unified School District training teachers, helping to integrate exceptional children into the regular classroom environment and assisting with the design and implementation of the California Master Plan for Special Education. He received B.A., M.A., and Ed.D. degrees from University of California, Los Angeles. |
