Michael Stark - Mr. Stark is the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer. Mike Stark previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Water North America a subsidiary of Veolia Environment SA of France a leading worldwide integrated water services and environmental company. He was a key member of the team responsible for the growth of US Filter which was acquired by Vivendi and later became Veolia. Mike was also the founding President of the Water Partnership Council (WPC) the primary trade association of water service companies in the non-regulated sector. Mr. Stark has over 40 years of global experience in the water environmental and specialty chemical industries. |
