Mike Gleason is the Plant Manager of Douglas Steel Fabricating Corporation and on the Board of Directors. He has the overall responsibility for all plant production and personnel. He also manages the materials department. Mike has over 28 years of experience with Douglas Steel. Prior to his appointment to this position he has served as Materials Manager and in the engineering department. |
