Michael Fox is the Senior Vice President and Director of SRA’s corporate marketing and sales organization and has primary responsibility for identifying, qualifying, bidding, and winning new competitive task order and large strategic procurements with either new or existing clients. His organization includes a team of business developers, capture managers, market researchers, technical sales engineers, corporate communications professionals, and pricing analysts, as well as a fully staffed proposal development facility. Fox is an active participant in SRA’s strategic planning activities, ensuring that his group’s marketing and sales efforts are focused on current trends and initiatives in the federal consulting and systems integration arena. He is also responsible for evaluating and managing all of SRA’s strategic vendor alliances and corporate partnerships.
Fox began his SRA career in the company’s Boston office, with responsibility for growing the company’s command and control and information technology services business with both the Air Force and the Department of Transportation. He then spent several years in corporate business development, eventually serving as the director of federal sales, before taking an operations position as the deputy director of the Command and Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) Systems business unit SRA’s lead organization for large-scale systems development and integration support to C3I clients.
Prior to joining SRA, Fox worked for GTE Government Systems, providing systems engineering and technical sales support for Air Force command and control clients at both the NORAD Cheyenne Mountain Complex and Strategic Air Command. He is an active participant in the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), Professional Services Council (PSC), and the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA).
