Michael M. Fleishman Michael is a Member in the Corporate and Commercial group. He primarily represents clients in making investments, purchasing businesses and in mergers and acquisitions. Michael also represents numerous clients in various lending and borrowing transactions and with respect to the purchase and sale of income producing real estate.
