Mr. Ostrowsky is the chair of the firm’s real estate department, as well as, a member of the corporate and business law practice group. For more than 25 years, the focus of his practice has been real estate, commercial and corporate areas. He has extensive experience in all areas of real estate. His practice includes all types of transactional experience, mortgage financing and real estate development work. He has represented a wide range of purchasers and sellers in commercial transactions, including shopping center sales, office buildings and multi-use properties. A particular area of expertise has been lender representation on all issues relating to secured financing, including mortgage lending and lien priority. Mr. Ostrowsky has appeared on local New Jersey radio as a guest speaker discussing mortgage lending and foreclosure. He has also given seminars on the entire process of lending and foreclosure. He represents real estate developers and operators of both residential and commercial properties, and advises these clients on all aspects of their businesses. With respect to corporate matters, Mr. Ostrowsky has represented business in all aspects of corporate work, including acquisitions, sales, corporate structuring, and the preparation of corporate documentation for all types of businesses. He advises businesses on any and all of their corporate needs.
