Michael L. Eagle has served on our board of directors since May of 2007. He served as Vice President of Manufacturing for Eli Lilly and Company from 1994 through 2001 and held a number of executive management positions with Eli Lilly and its subsidiaries throughout his career there. Mr. Eagle serves as chairman of the board of directors of Favrille, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, and serves on the boards of directors of Micrus Endovascular Corporation, a medical device company, XTENT, Inc, a medical device company, and a number of privately-held companies. Mr. Eagle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Kettering University, on the Dean’s Senior Advisory Council of the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. |
