Since 1972, Mike Pacillio has been involved in the development, construction, property management and disposition of more than 18,000 apartments, condominiums and townhomes nationwide, along with more than 1 million square feet of office, retail and mixed use projects. Pacillio was a founding member of the Dallas office in 1990. He brings a unique perspective to the company having been personally involved in nearly every aspect of the real estate development cycle. Over the years, Pacillio has created and furthered relationships with institutional investors including CALPERS, CALSTRS, Principal and Prudential as well as several public REITs. Pacillio, a graduate of California State University at Fullerton, is a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor. |
