Michael L. Karpheden, has served as a Director of the Company since March 2004. Michael Karpheden is also Celsia Technologies' Chief Financial and Operating Officer since September 1, 2004. Mr. Karpheden served as VP of Finance & Logistics of LM Ericsson, Region Americas, consumer products, from 1998-2001. Mr. Karpheden also held several executive positions in the US, Germany, Russia and Sweden during his twelve-year career with Ericsson. Mr. Karpheden served as Vice President, Finance and Operations of Strax Inc., a Latin American leader in the distribution of mobile phones and accessories, from 2001-2002, and served as Chief Operating Officer, at Strax Inc. from 2003-2004. Mr. Karpheden holds a degree in Business and Management from the University of Lund in Sweden. |
