Mr. Durik is responsible for the overall management of several administrative areas that support the worldwide operations of the company. Included in his areas of responsibility are Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Information Technology and Administration. The Administration area includes temporary payroll, billing and accounts receivable.
Mr. Durik joined Kelly in 1999 as senior vice president of Human Resources and was promoted to executive vice president in 2001. Prior to joining Kelly, Mr. Durik was employed by MLD Management, an independent consulting firm, where he was involved in the strategic, organizational and operational planning of his clients.
Prior to MLD Management, Mr. Durik spent 15 years working for The Limited Stores, Inc., a division of The Limited, Inc., the Columbus, Ohio based retailer. He joined The Limited Stores as director of Human Resources and was advanced throughout his tenure to vice president, and ultimately executive vice president, Administration, where he was responsible for Human Resources, Information Technology, Distribution Center Services and Facilities. Earlier in his career, he worked for Dayton Hudson Corporation in Detroit and KeyCorp in Toledo.
Mr. Durik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with an emphasis in human resources, and an MBA in finance from the University of Toledo. |
