Michael leads initiatives to enhance profitable sales growth, develop agent/operator relationships, improve the guest experience, and promote sales. He is also involved in the Prime Communications acquisition program. His sales responsibilities include budgeting, training, recruiting and human capital development. Michael previously served as Eastern Division Vice President for RadioShack Corp. where he held full accountability for the company's highest volume division accounting for more than $1.6 billion in sales and encompassing more than 1,600 locations. Michael joined RadioShack in 1981 as a part-time sales associate and spent 25 years with the firm, receiving recognition and many awards for sales, profits and service. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management from Polytechnic University of New York. |
