Mr. Drayton has been Head of the Sale & Purchase Division of Galbraith's Ltd., a U.K. ship brokerage company, from 1987 until 2003 and is currently responsible for the strategic direction of the Galbraith's group. Mr. Drayton is a director of Galbraith's Ltd. and its parent company, Galbraith Holdings Ltd. Mr. Drayton is also a director of the Baltic Exchange, the world's leading shipping exchange, since 2000. Mr. Drayton is a citizen and resident of the United Kingdom. |
