As a homegrown company, many of the ElementHomes team were born and raised in Arizona and have spent most of their careers here. Mike is a perfect example-a native of the Grand Canyon State, with years of industry experience here in Arizona as well as throughout the Southwest.
Part of being a homegrown company like Element means community involvement, and Mike embodies that too, having served on the boards of many non-profit organizations.
