Michael is the Practice Group Leader for the firm’s Business Services Practice Group. He specializes in small to middle-market business transactions, planning and pre-litigation dispute resolution for private companies, including mergers and acquisitions, business structuring and formations, buy-outs, corporate and partnership governance, and business dissolutions. He also has expertise in trademark, trade secret and copyright matters, including protection, dispute resolution and licensing.
Michael joined McDonough immediately following his graduation from law school in 1986, and has practiced in the firm’s business department since then. |
