Mr. Knesek was elected Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of our General Partner in February 2005, having served as Principal Accounting Officer and a Vice President of the General Partner since August 2000. Since 1990, Mr. Knesek, a Certified Public Accountant, has been the Controller and a Vice President of EPCO, Inc. and has served in the EPCO, Inc. organization since July 1981. Prior to that time, Mr. Knesek served five years with Union Texas Petroleum in their accounting department.
Mr. Knesek graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University - Kingsville in 1975 and is a member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
