Born Los Angeles, California, September 18, 1948. Admitted to Bar 1975, California. Education: University of San Francisco (B.A. 1973); University of San Francisco (J.D., 1975). Biography: Member, University of San Francisco Law Review, 1974-1975. Member: Fresno County Bar; State Bar of California. Mr. Hogan's experience includes representing employers in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has appeared before the National Labor Relations Board, Agricultural Labor Relations Board, Department of Labor, Labor Commissioner, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, OSHA Appeals Board, and other state and federal administrative agencies. Mr. Hogan was formerly a senior partner and managing shareholder with Littler Mendelson, where he founded the Fresno office and practiced for more than 28 years. He has extensive experience in counseling employers in preventative matters covering virtually all employment law and labor relations issues. |
