Michael J. Hammons brings nearly 20 years of senior leadership experience, specializing in finance, operations and inventory control management. In his role as President and CEO, Mr. Hammons is focused on accelerating the growth of the company and driving operational excellence to deliver increased customer value.
Prior to joining Nexiant, Mr. Hammons served as CEO for ARGO Tracker Corporation, During his tenure at ARGO Tracker, Mr. Hammons ensured the continuity and success of all ARGO Tracker business operations - including sales, marketing, manufacturing, financial, administrative and human resources functions.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Hammons served as Vice President, Global Operations for Cogent Communications reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. In this position, Mr. Hammons was responsible for the day-to-day operations of five divisions within Cogent Communications and led the operation migration efforts of nine acquisitions.
Preceding his success at Cogent, Mr. Hammons was a founding Partner and Director of International Operations at BancaDigital, a software and ASP business targeting the publishing industry. Mr. Hammons also held senior management positions at 3M Company's Data Storage Division and Ernst and Young Consulting.
Mr. Hammons earned a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University. |
