J. Michael Cook is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Emeritus of Deloitte & Touche LLP and serves as a Director of The Dow Chemical Company Comcast Corporation and Eli Lilly and Company.
Mr. Cook has been a member of IFF's Board of Directors since 2000. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee which oversees the financial operations of IFF and the Company's relationship with its independent accountants and serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee which recruits reviews qualifications of and recommends nominees to fill Board vacancies and newly created directorships and monitors and makes recommendations to the Board on corporate governance issues. |
