Financing transactions, including private and public offerings of securities, secured and unsecured senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt facilities and seed and venture financings.
Corporate formation matters for emerging businesses, including shareholder control and buy-sell arrangements.
Public company securities compliance and corporate governance, including directors' duties, periodic reporting, disclosure and corporate insider responsibilities for public companies.
