Michael J. Vitiello

Mr. Vitiello's practice focuses on Real Estate, Land Use and Development, including applications for land use and environmental permits and approvals from municipal, county and state agencies and authorities. He appears on behalf of applicants before municipal and county planning boards and state agencies through all phases of development. He has substantial experience in the approval and placement of wireless communication facilities and the acquisition and redevelopment of property pursuant to the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law. He also counsels clients regarding affordable housing regulations administered by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing (COAH). Mr. Vitiello also represents individual and corporate clients in transactional real estate matters, including the acquisition, sale and leasing of real estate.
Projects on which Mr. Vitiello has provided counsel include: office parks; pharmaceutical research facilities; hotels; petrochemical facilities; aircraft hangar facilities; assisted and age restricted housing developments; religious institutions and a variety of other residential, commercial and industrial projects.
