Mr. Valenti joined 101 following a 30-year career with the Los Angeles Times. Most recently he was Director of Circulation for the Los Angeles region with responsibility for circulation marketing, sales, customer service and distribution of more than 400,000 newspapers daily and 500,000 on Sunday, including subscriber and single copy sales. Prior to that, he held the positions of: Director of Human Resources, Assistant Director of Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits Manager, Senior Compensation Analyst, Orange County Personnel Representative and Personnel Assistant.
Mr. Valenti received his BA in Psychology from Iona College in New York. Mr. Valenti is affiliated with the National Personnel Relations Association, the Society for Human Resources Management and the American Compensation Association. |
