Michael J. Tokich was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of STERIS Corporation on March 14 2008. As chief financial officer Mr. Tokich has primary responsibility for financial reporting and planning investor relations tax and treasury and continues to serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer.
He joined the Company in May 2000 as Assistant Corporate Controller and became Corporate Controller in December 2000.
Prior to joining the Company Mr. Tokich was employed by OfficeMax Inc. a retailer of goods and services to business customers and consumers from July 1994 to May 2000 serving most recently as Divisional Vice President Assistant Controller.
