Michael J. Sweeney is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of Products Liability Law, with a particular emphasis in Toxic Torts. Mr. Sweeney is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of the United States, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sweeney served as a prosecutor and trial defense attorney with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate's General Corp, 1st Infantry Division. Mr. Sweeney graduated from Syracuse University in 1981 with a B.S. in Communications. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University in 1985, where he served on the Duquesne Law Review. |
