Mr. Michael Sullivan is Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Mr. Sullivan is responsible for formulating and implementing an overall asset management strategy to maximize the profitability of the Company's shopping center portfolio while focusing on maintaining and enhancing the value of each property. He also assists in the coordination of the Company's value-added initiatives for core shopping centers as well as the analysis and due diligence process for proposed acquisitions. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sullivan was Senior Vice President of Operations for Restaurant Associates' Sports & Entertainment division, a subsidiary of Compass Group PLC. He holds a baccalaureate in International Relations from St Joseph's University in Pennsylvania. Professional affiliations include International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Concessionaires. |
