Mr. Small is currently a director of the Company. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Centennial Communications since January 1999. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Small served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of 360ï Communications Company (now a subsidiary of ALLTEL Corporation) from 1995 to 1998. Prior to 1995, he served as President of Lynch Corporation, a diversified acquisition oriented company with operations in telecommunications, manufacturing and transportation services. He also previously served at Centel Corporation in various financial and operational roles. He is a member of the Board of Directors of CTIA The Wireless Association and has previously served as a director of Spinnaker Industries, Madison River Telephone Company LLC and Valor Telecommunications, LLC. Mr. Small received a BA in History from Colgate University where he graduated magna cum laude and an MBA from the University of Chicago. |
