Mr. Sarrasin has been responsible for the vision and strategy regarding all aspects of regulatory, clinical, legal, and quality assurance affairs for over 18 years. Prior to joining Celerus Diagnostics, he acted as VP, Regulatory, Legal and Quality Affairs for DakoCytomation, a leading producer of biochemical products. Mr. Sarrasin's previous positions include VP, Regulatory and Legal Affairs for LySonix, Inc., Director and General Counsel, Legal and Regulatory Affairs for Whalen Biomedical, Inc. and Manager, Regulatory Affairs for PolyMedica Pharmaceuticals. He holds a BA in Biology from Harvard University and a JD in Regulatory/Corporate Law from the Massachusetts School of Law. |
