J. Michael Sanna joined TriQuint in January 1998 as Director of Business Development for the Texas operation as a result of TriQuint's acquisition of Raytheon's MMIC operations. In May 2002, he was promoted to Vice President, TriQuint Texas. In 2006, along with fellow Texas Vice President Thomas Cordner, he was charged with combining military products operations in Bend, OR and Richardson, TX into a single unit. From July 1997 to January 1998, Mr. Sanna served as the Wafer Fabrication Operations Manager for Raytheon, heading its GaAs MMIC manufacturing operations. Prior to that time, Mr. Sanna was an employee of Texas Instruments for 17 years, most recently as the Wafer Fabrication Operations manager for its GaAs Operations Group from January 1994 to July 1997. Mr. Sanna received B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin and Southern Methodist University, respectively, and a Masters degree in administrative studies from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. |
