Michael J. Rinaldi is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He joined Drinker Biddle from Arnold & Porter LLP, where his practice focused on securities litigation, SEC enforcement defense, health care fraud, and complex litigation.
Michael received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2002 and his bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Villanova University in 1999, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. After law school, Mike clerked for Vice Chancellor Leo E. Strine, Jr., of the Delaware Court of Chancery before beginning his private practice with Arnold & Porter.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. |
