Michael J. Quackenbush is a partner in the San Francisco office of Miller, Kaplan, Arase & Co., LLP. Prior to joining MKA Michael was a partner in a national accounting firm. During his career Mike has worked with many types of organizations including employee benefit plans, not-profit organizations, and commercial entities, including hotels and real estate developers. His work experience also includes servicing companies who own and license intellectual property. His focus of intellectual property includes sports associations and technology companies specializing in flash memory. He has provided assistance to these companies in the areas royalty auditing, licensee oversight, royalty reporting and contract review and compliance.
Mike graduated from West Virginia University in 1985 and has attended Cornell University where he studied financial management. He received his CPA certificate in 1988 and his Certified Financial Planner certificate in 1992. He is member of both the American and California Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He is a former officer and member of the Board of Directors of The Touchdown Club and Touchdown Club Charities of Washington, DC. |
