Michael J. Pollock joined the Board of Directors of the Company in 1992. He retired as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from the Company in February 1998. Previously, Mr. Pollock served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from September 1990 to December 1992, and Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer from December 1992 until April 1996.
Mr. Pollock is the co-founder of CoStreet Communications and currently serves as Director and Chief Executive Officer of CoStreet Communications.
He received a BS degree from the University of Louisiana Lafayette in 1967.
Mr. Pollock is a certified public accountant and a certified internal auditor. |
