Michael J. Pint has served as a Director since May 1997. He has been a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors since June 1997 and served as its Chairman from April 1998 through May 2006. Mr. Pint also serves as an Audit Committee Financial Expert as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has been a member of the Compensation Committee since June 1997 and served as its Chairman from April 1998 through May 2001. He has been a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee since its inception in May 2001.
Mr. Pint has nearly 40 years of banking experience, serving in the bank regulatory arena as well as in the capacity of chairman, president and director of 40 different banks and bank holding companies throughout the country. Previous bank regulatory and management positions include a four-year term as commissioner of banks of Minnesota and chairman of the Minnesota Commerce Commission from 1979 to 1983 and senior vice-president and chief financial officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis through 1983. |
