Michael J. Parrella has served as our Chief Executive Officer since August 1995, as our Chairman of the Board since April 2000 and as a director since 1986. He previously served as our President from August 1995 to April 2000, our Executive Vice President from November 1994 to July 1995 and as our President and Chief Operating Officer from February 1988 to November 1994. Mr. Parrella also serves as an officer or director of various subsidiaries, including as a director of Pro Tech Communications, our publicly traded, majority-owned subsidiary. |
