Mr. Oliver practices in the Firm’s Community Association Law Practice Group. His practice includes advising clients on issues relating to corporate governance, covenant enforcement, rules compliance, and contracts. Additionally, Mr. Oliver has extensive experience relating to real estate transactions, title review, and providing counsel to globally recognized financial institutions regarding lending practices and policies. Prior to joining Becker & Poliakoff, Mr. Oliver was the principle of a boutique practice catering to North Carolina’s most prominent real estate and banking institutions. |
