Michael J. McDonald President Mike is the founder and President of Gnostic Systems I, LTD since its inception in November 2003. He has over 30 years of experience within the semiconductor industry in the fields of: Information Technology, Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), Equipment Automation, MES, Process Engineering and Manufacturing. Prior to forming Gnostic Systems, Mike worked for TRW and Northrop Grumman for 6 years. He held the position of Director of the Central Region, Manufacturing Solutions Division where he was responsible for introducing TRW Manufacturing Solutions into Germany and China. Under his leadership, TRW performed successful project implementations for clients such as AMD, Motorola, SEMATECH and Intersil. Prior to joining TRW, Mike worked for SEMATECH for 2 years defining the automation communication standards SECS / GEM for the semiconductor industry.
