Michael J. Levine has been a Director of New York Community Bancorp, Inc. and its primary subsidiary, New York Community Bank, since January 1, 2004, and has served as member of the Queens County Savings Bank Divisional Board since November 30, 2000. In addition, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of New York Commercial Bank since it was established on December 30, 2005. Mr. Levine also served as a Director of the Company and the Bank from November 30, 2000 through July 31, 2001.
