Michael J. Kraupp is the Vice President of Finance and Assistant Treasurer for SkyWest, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Mike joined SkyWest in 1991 as Vice President Controller, after five years at Arthur Anderson in Salt Lake City. Mike graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Accounting and Finance and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Utah. As Vice President of Finance and Assistant Treasurer, Mike’s responsibilities include corporate capital structure, investor relations, corporate financing for assets, cash management, risk and insurance services and management, compensation programs and benefits and other treasury related functions. He also serves as a Trustee on the SkyWest, Inc. 401(k) plan that currently has assets of approximately $70 million. Mike is an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and participates in various volunteer and financial support efforts for this organization. He is also active in the community, participating in educational efforts and programs with local high schools and colleges. Mike is on the board for the St. George area Chamber of Commerce. He has also been active in various youth sports programs. |
