J. Michael Johnson, Counsel to the Firm, has been a practicing trial attorney for over 25 years and has extensive experience in the areas of toxic tort and environmental litigation. Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College. He earned a J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1977. He is admitted to practice in states of Delaware and Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court Delaware. He is a member of the Delaware Bar Association and the American Inns of Court (Member, Richard Rodney Chapter). |
