J. Michael Harrison, an associate in the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation & Employers’ Liability practice, graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He earned his Juris Doctor degree with honor from the University of Maryland, School of Law.
Mr. Harrison’s practice covers the full range of civil litigation work, with an emphasis on defending general liability and workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Harrison’s experience includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, products liability, auto tort, subrogation and other general liability matters. Mr. Harrison also served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore City, where he prosecuted criminal matters and received specialized training in accident reconstruction.
Mr. Harrison has extensive insurance defense and criminal trial practice experience in Maryland’s circuit and district courts, as well as representing clients before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, and is licensed to practice in the State of Maryland, District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
