Michael Gullard became a director in 2007. Since 1984, he has served as a general partner of Cornerstone Management, a venture capital and consulting firm that provides strategic focus and direction for technology companies. He also serves on the board of directors of Alliance Semiconductor, Planar Systems, JDA Software, and DynTek and is the Chairman of Mainsoft Corp. Mr. Gullard's 33 years in the technology industry include having served as Chairman of Merant PLC and NetSolve as well as a number of executive and management posts at Telecommunications Technology Inc. and Intel Corporation. He holds a B.A. and an M.B.A from Stanford University. |
