Mr. Grisius, Managing Director in the Washington office, has been employed by the Company since 1992. In his 14 years with Allied Capital, Mr. Grisius has worked on a variety of debt and equity transactions, including buyouts and leveraged finance deals in consumer products and services, business services and real estate services. He currently serves on the Investment Committee and the Management Committee. Prior to joining Allied Capital, Mr. Grisius worked in leveraged finance at Chemical Bank from 1989 to 1992 and held senior accountant and consultant positions with KPMG LLP from 1985 to 1988. Mr. Grisius earned a B.A from Georgetown University and his M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. |
