Michael J. DuBois is senior vice president, Global Licensing and Strategic Alliances, for Schering-Plough Corporation.
DuBois joined Schering-Plough in his present position in September 2003. He is responsible for the acquisition of new products discovered outside Schering-Plough's laboratories to complement the activities of the company's internal drug discovery programs.
Previously, DuBois was senior vice president, Global Licensing, for Pharmacia Corporation, which has since merged with Pfizer. He also previously served as senior vice president, Corporate Licensing, for the former Pharmacia & Upjohn Company. During his tenure with Pharmacia, DuBois was instrumental in establishing companywide processes to improve Pharmacia's competitive position in pharmaceutical licensing.
DuBois holds B.S. degrees in chemistry and pharmacy from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He earned an M.B.A. degree from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
