Serving as the chief financial officer, Mike Coughlin is responsible for Paisley's financial organization. Mike has played a key role in establishing the company's banking, credit facilities, vendor management and invoicing and collection processes. Prior to joining Paisley, Mike held controller, corporate controller and CFO positions primarily with technology companies, some of which required SEC compliance. Most notably, he was the lead financial executive with Virtual University Enterprises, a global provider of certification testing for the leading technology companies, this company was acquired by Pearson PLC, (NYSE:PSO). Mike was with Ernst & Young, LLP for more than four years as a Certified Public Accountant. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. |
