Michael J. Bellucci is a partner in the Leveraged Finance Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, resident in the New York office.
Mr. Bellucci has extensive experience in a wide variety of domestic and international financing transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, sovereign debt restructurings, securitizations and financial derivatives. Recently, Mr. Bellucci's work has focused on representing lenders and borrowers in acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, including senior secured credit facilities, cash flow and asset based loans, bridge loans mezzanine debt and high yield debt.
Mr. Bellucci received a J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University, where he was associate editor of the Fordham Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif, and a B.S., cum laude, from Hofstra University. |
