I. Michael Bayda has extensive experience in commercial litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels, including federal securities laws, contracts, RICO, insurance coverage, and employment law. Prior to joining the firm, he was a member of the firm of Jacobs Persinger & Parker, New York, New York. He is a member of the New York Bar and the Bars of the United States Supreme Court; the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits; and the District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York. He received a B.A. from Lehigh University and an LL.B. from Columbia Law School (Dean’s List). He is a member of the New York City and State Bar Associations. |
