Mr. Lee is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of CastlePoint Holdings, Ltd. He was named to these positions in February 2006, shortly after the Company was formed. In November 2006, he was named chief executive officer and director, CastlePoint Management, Corp. In addition to these positions, Mr. Lee is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Tower Group, Inc. He has held these positions since 1989 when he founded Tower’s primary insurance company operation, Tower Insurance Company of New York (TICNY). Prior to 1989, Mr. Lee was an attorney in private practice specializing in advising entrepreneurs on the acquisition, sale and formation of businesses in various industries. |
