Mr. Lee currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer and has held these positions at the Company since its formation in 1995 and at its subsidiaries since their formation. Prior to founding the Company's insurance subsidiary in 1990, Mr. Lee was an attorney in private practice specializing in advising entrepreneurs on the acquisition, sale and formation of businesses in various industries. Mr. Lee received a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University in 1980 and a J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1983. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Lee has worked in the insurance industry for over 17 years with experience in insurance, finance, underwriting, sales and marketing, claims management and administration and law.
