Michael G. Zybala - Mr. Zybala was appointed as Vice President and Secretary of the Company on February 20, 1998 and was appointed Treasurer on May 16, 2000, which was a position he held until February 27, 2003. He is also Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Portsmouth. Mr. Zybala has served as the Company's General Counsel since 1995 and has represented the Company as its corporate counsel since 1978. Mr. Zybala also serves as Assistant Secretary and counsel to InterGroup and served as its Vice President Operations from January 1999 to July 15, 2002. |
