Mike Taylor currently serves as Chair of our Litigation Division and manages the firm’s 15 litigation practice groups. He is a member of our Board of Directors and also currently chairs a practice group focused on litigation and serving the legal needs of businesses in North and South Dakota. He is past Chair of our firm’s construction litigation practice group.
Mike joined the firm in 1984. He practices principally in the areas of commercial, construction and insurance coverage litigation. His practice is national in scope. Over the past 24 years he has won or obtained highly favorable awards or settlements for his publicly traded and privately held company clients in significant state and federal court lawsuits, arbitrations and mediations throughout the country. In addition, he has actively counseled clients on a wide range of issues related to dispute avoidance.
Mike has published numerous articles on litigation and dispute resolution issues and speaks extensively on these issues at business seminars throughout the country, with an emphasis on construction and insurance coverage issues.
