Promoted to Senior Vice President in August 2004. Responsible for JDA’s worldwide legal affairs. Principal activities include: software licensing corporate governance securities compliance and strategic alliances.
Coordinates legal aspects of JDA’s successful growth through acquisition strategy. Completed eight acquisitions since joining the company as Vice President and General Counsel in 1999.
Prior to JDA spent eight years as primary corporate counsel for three technology companies. Successfully completed $130 million in acquisitions. Other previous experience includes corporate and securities associate attorney with Piper Rudnick LLP in Baltimore Maryland.
