Mike McGrath practices in the area of business financial reorganization, including chapter 11 bankruptcy, out-of-court workouts, creditors remedies and related commercial litigation. Chapter 11 debtor clients include Champion Auto Stores, Inc., Retail Holdings Group, Inc. and Country Club Markets, Inc. He represents a local Fortune 100 company in connection with bankruptcies, secured transactions and debt restructurings. Mike's practice includes the counseling of both corporate debtors and creditors with regard to debt restructuring, relations with creditors and business planning. Mike is a 1981 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Colorado and a 1985 Cum Laude graduate of Hamline University School of Law. Prior to founding the firm, Mike was an associate with the firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi (1986-89), an associate with the firm of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly (1990-91) and clerk to Chief Judge Robert J.
